"Room dated but clean. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect, near sea gull beach, walking distance (a mile or so). Plenty of restaurants close by. Staff was friendly. "

"The room was clean and well-appointed. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bedspread decoration was a nice touch. We LOVED the deck and the grassy area with picnic tables and a fire pit, too. We wish we had stayed at this hotel when our kids were young -- they would have loved to run around in the grass. Also, the receptionist at check-in suggested the most wonderful breakfast place -- The Keltic Kettle. Best breakfast I have ever had!"

"The hotel is centrally located, so easy access to activities all over the Cape. Loved the indoor pool and spa and that they have adults only after 9 PM and for an hour during the day. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen and sitting areas were great. We would definitely go back!"

"A single night stay on a rainy October day. Room was bright, clean, and roomy. Attendant at the front desk was super helpful, pointing me to a great sushi restaurant. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom & shower. A very nice establishment."
