「Stayed here before but not sure if under new ownership. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking adequate. Would have liked a small microwave in-room and more shelf space in the bathrooms. Didn’t like asking for room service everyday. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was just ‘ok’. Something was always gone. Went out for coffee and breakfast some days. Not sure I would stay again.」

「The place is great for families and it has a sister hotel front of the beach. It’s only a 7 minute drive. I wish the breakfast was better. Only has muffins and coffee, not very healthy options.」

「I have been going to the blue water for years. I do love this resort and the updates to the rooms were fabulous. One complaint would be that the menu at the outside bar was better in the past, also the bar was open later than it is now. On the 4th of July weekend the entertainment did not show up on Friday, and the bar was closing much too early in my opinion. Other than those things this is still my favorite place to be.」

「It was a great place to stay. It was an easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. They also had a lovely pool we enjoyed. My one suggestion would be to have a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast included doesn't open until 8 am.」

「The hotel room was very clean and the place nicely decorated and very comfortable. Greg our host provided us with a warm welcome and was real kind. The location was perfect. We appreciate the great service and are looking forward to our next at the Cape Cod Motor Inn.」

「Carol was the sweetest and showed us around the property when checking in. We were able to borrow beach chairs as well as she always had fresh baked sweets every day. One of the best stays we’ve had.」

「Staff were friendly, helpful and super accommodating! Room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night stay- mini kitchen with small sink, microwave and small fridge, glassware, plates, utensils, paper towels, sponge, soap etc! Great location on the beach. Nice pool, fitness room. Super convenient location and yet not on the main route! A new mattress should be considered as everything else was wonderful! Will be back again!」

「Every summer we came to this hotel, Never disappointed. It is in the center of Chatham, with 40 minutes driving to the Provincetown. There are several nice restaurants nearby. Very convenient.」
