"My room never got cleaned so I had to use the towels over a 3 day spand. Sheets never got changed Nothing to but gamble no shops."

"The room had ants coming up through the sink,curtains was stained, and the carpet hasn't been shampooed in ages,the staff was really nice,but the rooms need to be deep cleaned"

"The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us."

"There was some sort of leftover food on the sink handle and inside the drain. The washcloths were also filthy. There was music playing so loud it sounded like it was inside of my room until 4am. I tried calling the front desk but nobody would answer. I took photos to document."

"Nice mattress but The carpet is horrible there No Vince in the restroom & the whole room steams up when you trying to take a shower have the bathroom very sweatywitn that being said My OCD" definitely kicked in."

"I was so disappointed with my stay, I invited my friend to stay as well and she arrived before I did and she said a lady staff was rude to her and made her pay a fee that should have been addressed to me to pay, the room smelled really old and mildewed, the shower was backed up, the tub had a black ring around inside of it. Nothing was complimentary. I expected it to be so much nicer and the rooms should be priced way cheaper because the stat is definitely not worth a $100+ a night. "
