"We had trouble with communication checking in with Radmilla. Part of it was my fault (I don't speak Serbian, and it is their country +it was a last minute booking for us). When I was face to face with Radmilla, her English was great. The apartment was fine, and spacious enough for 6 of us. Vela, who I believe works for Radmilla, was an absolute gem. They contacted the property immediately as well. 3 days later the property responded that "because we have not received information from the guest of denial to the country", we will not refund any amount. The property charged me the full amount for the service they did not provide! I will not stay at the property and will advise all my network to stay away."
