"The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. They were under-staffed and the website states that there was a pool and gym onsite. That is not true as you had to go across the street to the Hotel Captain Cook and use their facilities. Those facilities are more for elderly men/women and the mens quarters made my sons feel uncomfortable. "

"The staff is absolutely amazing. They truly perform above and beyond hotel is beautiful and clean."
"The hotel lobby was adorable, and the staff was so accommodating! The driver went out of his way to please me. I enjoyed the hot breakfast and coffee. Although I don't foresee coming back to Alaska, if I were to return, I would definitely stay again!"
"As a lifelong Alaskan, I had never seen the area down by Ship Creek! Staying made it a memorable night, being able to walk along the water with my pup and watch the fishermen! The area felt like its own little village.
Rooms are huge! Breakfast was great, we felt safe, and staff was very kind and helpful (12pm late out for free! And helping me store my luggage for a bit while room was cleaned).
I would gladly stay again and/or recommend to others:)"
