「We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. 」

「We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats.
