"This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. "We did not get any room when we reached despite having a prepaid deluxe room, at reception we were told to enquire with hotels.com customer care. We had to wait in 30 minutes in rain at reception to discover that they will not able to provide any room. Customer care at hotels.com were communicating via chat, after waiting for 45 minutes in uncertainty i decided to look out for an option on my own.
