「We did not get any room when we reached despite having a prepaid deluxe room, at reception we were told to enquire with hotels.com customer care. We had to wait in 30 minutes in rain at reception to discover that they will not able to provide any room. 「Excellent stay. Very hospitable and knowledgeable hosts (Suman and husband) and extremely helpful staff. The food and conversation are great, the views are nice and the hotel is conveniently located from forest trails and a lovely sunset point. Overall, we had a very nice stay for three nights at the Hermitage in Kanatal.」
