「This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. 「We did not get any room when we reached despite having a prepaid deluxe room, at reception we were told to enquire with hotels.com customer care. We had to wait in 30 minutes in rain at reception to discover that they will not able to provide any room. 「Good hotel in very central location but away from the busy Main Street. Clean, food was good, staff were excellent. Bit noisy so bring ear plugs, mostly just barking dogs and music they were playing downstairs in the restaurant. Good heating as it was cold in November when we went so we needed it! 」

「Location is a bit in the interior, hotel is under maintenance/upgradation phase and looks a bit messy as of now. Rooms are good but bathrooms needs maintainence,food is good, staff is the best part, they are very helpful. Overall neutral experience.」

「Very poor maintenance , the bathrooms have flush which never temoves poop n keeps dripping , the bathroom floors have no mats so its a watery mess , the electrical sockets dont work , poorly trained staff , the front desk jokers are totally inept n so are the managers . 」

「Excellent stay. Very hospitable and knowledgeable hosts (Suman and husband) and extremely helpful staff. The food and conversation are great, the views are nice and the hotel is conveniently located from forest trails and a lovely sunset point. Overall, we had a very nice stay for three nights at the Hermitage in Kanatal.」
