Great stay in the middle of the city

The overall stay is good, the staffs are friendly and accomodating, the service is good, breakfast great. It just a tiny details like the pillows I think is a bit overdue, the shower head that keep falling down when I was showering. I choose this because it close to my parent house and there are arrays of choice foods around the hotel. Close to BG junction, TP and Tunjungan street.

The hotel staff are excellent!

The hotel staff react very quickly and correctly to my inquiry and request. Breakfast is also very nice. I would like to stay at this hotel again for my next business trip to Surabaya.

Good service in an old hotel

Staff is very attentive, kind, and helpful. Hotel is otherwise not in good condition. The public spaces and restaurant are nice and in good condition. However, elevators are very slow. Hallways and rooms are old and not in good condition, disappointing for IHG brand. The bathroom is old with rust on the fixtures. Only given 2 towels and they are gray, stained, and smell bad. One of the bedside tables appeared to be falling apart. Bed was okay. AC not very strong. Only positive was the service provided by staff. The hotel is otherwise in poor condition and not like other IHG brand hotels.

Love everthingelse except my room. Should have selected superior room rather than a standard one. The standard room I was assigned to seem to have depleted. No changing room because hotel was on busy week. Breakfast were awesomeeee. The resto even prepared us 'take away' brealfast ad we checked out during early hour of the morning (2 AM). Room service Excellent.

Room was ok and so far all except safety box worked well. Corridors on 7th floor have plenty water leak marks on ceilings, definitely need some fixings. Rooms have all in one shower gel in shower but no soaps or anything else apart from toothbrushes kits. Breakfast could have been better no continental choices apart from two type of fruits and cereals. Bit disappointing for 4 star hotel to have mini salad bar and asian dishes only

I have to say I picked that hotel because of the reviews. I was expecting something amazing, but that is not what I got. My room had the worst bed ever. We all left with body pain. The sink handle leaked, so every time I turned on the water the entire sink area got wet. The aircon was no good. It was either too hot or too cold. They messed up my room service order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will say the food was delicious. I enjoyed breakfast and the room service food was good, it just was not correct.

High quality hotel

Very clean hotel. The room is quiet and the Wi-Fi is very good. And you can stay at a very cheap price. The vending machine in the lobby was not working properly. Around the hotel is a downtown area and is not suitable for walking access. Overall, this is the most recommended hotel in Surabaya.

Over rated hotel need improvements

Front desk staff were not helpful enough. They let one woman working alone handle so many people luggages while they stand idle. Terrible parking arrangement. Terrible breakfast. Only the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
