"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level. Pre-order the adult version because you can’t change on the spot."

I visited in late March and although many extra blankets are provided, it was insanely cold at night. This really took away from my experience. If you stay here at a warmer time of year, I think it would be good."
