"I had several issues while I stayed at this location. I had no TV working for 2 days until the night before I departed. I brought it to the attention of the Front Desk as soon as I realized the situation and she told me that she knew nothing about fixing it. I also asked about getting Ice for drinks and she stated the hotel had no Ice machine. She claimed they're were Ice trays in the refrigerator, but there were none. I also looked through the room for an Iron and Ironing Board and found neither. I borrowed one from the front desk to iron a pair of pants that were wrinkled in my luggage. I checked the setting off the clothing label and set the temperature on the iron accordingly. Unfortunately as soon as I applied the iron to my pants it burned a Hole in the fabric material. I disconnected it immediately but couldn't save the pants. The Hotel Clerk again stated there was nothing that they could do for me. I returned the Iron with my pants material still stuck to the Iron. 1st night I didn't go to sleep until 0300 hours because I had a heavy herd of Elephants staying in the Room above me in Room 221. The walls in the Hotel are paper thin and that was a problem too. Overall I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone. It was a hotel that offered nothing except a bed and a bathroom/shower."

"Stayed on 1st floor room 103. Doors slamming shut all night long. Only silence was between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. It was very loud. Not sure why the doors are so heavy and slam shut so hard. It literally shook the room every time. Hotel was clean and useful, but if getting no sleep, then useless. Fix the doors so they don't slam shut please. As it is now, I will not stay here again. Too much riff raff at all hours of the night."

"The room was very clean, it was useful with a full refrigerator, sink and dishwasher, and microwave. However, it was so noisy. You could hear every time other guests down our hall closed their door to their room loudly all through the night. You could hear people’s conversations from the hall even though our door was closed. You could hear footsteps of the people above our room. And then there was the noise from the street, we were close to a busy street and you could hear the traffic till late so clearly. The soundproofing in this hotel was terrible, I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you could hear this much noise from other guests doors being closed and outside traffic. We did not sleep well."

"Parking was great, but everything inside was very outdated and falling apart. The facility smelled terrible. We had to try two different rooms because the ac was not keeping the room cool at all and the beds were sinking in. The rooms were cleaned minimally. At breakfast the staff were handling breakfast food with their bear hands. Not a good experience."
