We stayed during the summer so traffic was moderate but I can imagine it being much busier once UVU is back in session. But, I will say that you're 5-10 minutes away from ANYTHING store wise. Great location!

the only downside is the highway system is convoluted. The hotel - although right off the main roads - is actually best accessed via some back roads. The highway infrastructure is very complicated, requiring lane changes in short distance.

Orem has a LOT of traffic! Nothing like LA or San Diego, but I seemed to wait about 10 minutes to get out of the driveway just about every time I tried to leave because of the trraffic.

"I always have a good stay at any La Quinta . This one was just as good. Very clean comfortable nice pool , quiet. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and polite. Great location and felt safe. Would come back again for sure. "
