"The hotel was a convenient stop over location for our trip. Usual budget hotel. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very bland. The one reason I won't return is the electric car charging facilites for the hotel (operated by Monta Charge). The price was £0.90 per kWh. That is more than any motorway charge point and much more than other Monta hotel charging points I have used before. I would have charged before arriving had I known about this Monta rip off."

"Told on arrival no food as they said working on kitchen, dining room not open or any room service. Hotel isn't that close to other places either. Not even snacks or sandwiches or hot drinks other than those in the room. They could have provided a temporary provision. Instead told get a takeaway delivered and even delivery drivers took a long time given location. This hotel should not be trading as a 3 star hotel without any catering or any food. Room was cold also as heating on a timer so had to get hotel to provide a fan heater. Only one pillow on beds too low. All together a poor stay, shame as hotel so. Much potential and character. "

"Everything was as it should be clean room friendly staff close to shops Only issue was breakfast They had a big group of a lacrosse team and staff one part of the brekfast area was reserved for the lacrosse team so seating was a issue We ended up seated in the bar erea due to no seats and was told other area was reserved for the team Cups had run out and was given take away cup instead And milk Was dissatisfaction with breakfast with a few people that could not find seating If there was not going to be enough seating for everyone then i think breakfast should be staggered so all guests can be seated "

"We noticed the disinfectant is diluted as was the breakfast maple syrup for the pancakes. This is a false economy as we didn’t eat there again. A saving of a few pence against four days of breakfast and evening meals. "

Only negatives where the bed wasn’t very comfortable for me personally and the pub customers outside the pub smoking and leaving where very loud, but fine after 11.30. No conditioner in the shower, But.. Tv channels fantastic and there’s a Pizza Hut, domino’s right next to the hotel. Handy for Telford. Great communication. Thanks. "
