"Great location for the international arena, hotel was well maintained and clean although the room was a bit cold and the hot water in the bath/shower was scalding or freezing and the hand basin didn’t get hot. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great, I would recommend."

"We had room number one which was an accessible room which was fine other than it had a really strong smell of bleach which started in the corridor but we realised was coming from our bathroom. It was so strong it gave me a headache. As we were late arriving and up very early the next day we just closed the bathroom door and and went to sleep but woke up with the same headache. Whatever the cleaning products are they are unsuitable for room cleanings. A room should not smell of bleach to the point of making the guests unwell."

"The hotel is VERY tired. It needs a lot of money spending on it, but if it did, it would be fantastic. Staff were really good but not enough of them. The guy on reception seemed to be doing everything. The swimming pool was really good and the gym looked good as well, but I didn’t have time to use it. We had a bar meal which was perfectly fine and a reasonable price as well. I hope the owners spend the money to bring the buildings up to scratch, ( a new coat of whitewash on the outside and complete redecoration on the inside would help immensely). We only stayed one night and for what we paid, it was perfectly fine, but I wouldn’t want to spend more than one night there though…"

"To get into the property you need a fob, that is attached to the keys, which is kept in a lock box inside the building. I had to wait for someone else entering the building for me to get in. "

"Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company."
