「We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. 」

「The parking lot is under construction and I have never seen anything so disorganized in my life. I had to switch my parking spot 3 times, my car got towed for no reason, I had to pay $440 to get my car back. I talked to the front desk management and they told me to "stop whining" and when I escalated this issue I was told "I have more important things to do". The building management stalled me for a week, not making it possible for me to get at least a refund. The condition of the apartament...

It is fully equipped with everything you need including beach towels and chairs. I love the close proximity to the beach, grocery, shopping and restaurants. Safe and comfortable. 「When I went to the room I found dirty towels on the floor urine on the toilet seat in one bathroom they other bathroom no one had bothered to flush the toilet. Food in the fridge and it was expired no toilet or paper towels available the dish towel was dirty.
