The accommodation is central located which means you can reach all city highlights in no time. There is a subway (MRT) which is two stops away of KL Central Station and from there all other subways and trains are accessible. At KL SENTRAL you also arrive and leave 」

「This property is cheap and budget friendly. For those who are looking for a better than budget hotel stay, this is a recommended place. The unit comes with bath tub and all ammenities is there. Also there is swimming pool. Location wise is near to all the popular landmark which make it very easy to access. Overall good place to experience. 」

「I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it...

Would have been nice to have More than 1 rather small towel per person i.e hand towel, face cloth… Take ear plugs if light sleeper- could hear noise from corridor & next door room. 」

「Good location and view, the room is big. But water pressure of a tap inside one toilet was low, no improvement after calling service. A bed sheet had stain, and was changed after calling service. 」

「2020農曆新年入住5個晚上。因為凌晨1時才到酒店，預先跟酒店方面溝通check in的問題，回覆得很快，作出很好的安排！ 我們一家5口訂了3bedroom suite, 空間非常大，有3 bathroom。從露台看到吉隆坡塔，晚上看五顏六色的燈更漂亮！廚房用具基本齊備，若有削皮器便完美了。床上用品舒適，地方整潔，員工有禮。 樓下有cafe，toast, 咖啡奶茶很不錯，可以一試！另有一間小雜貨店，如果缺少油鹽糖罐頭泡麵什麼的，都可以買到，價錢合理。 早晨款式不多，但很新鮮，還可以點現煮的炒蛋煎蛋！ 因為我們都是用Grab出入，所以雖然附近有冇東西逛但影響不大。 今次整體入住感覺良好，很推薦一家大細入住！！u won't regret your money! :) 」

「no way to contact the agency to arrange key pick up because the contact number shown in hotels.com is not a valid number didnt receive any email in advance so we didnt know that we have to register at the security guide. already asked the management office but the officer there has no clue which agency that i book for which hotels.com confirmation didnt show up.. ending up the officer called another agency people to come and realised that i am not booked with them, they then advised me to go...
