「As soon as we got there, we were informed the pool was broken (part reason we booked this stay). After a day, we needed more towels and we called the front desk and nobody answered, then we sent a text and they called saying they were short staffed and it was only them so we would have to get the towels ourselves. We went down to the front desk and asked for towels and the lady replied with a rude tone “which ones!?” And we said all of them and then we asked got another role of toilet paper and...

「you could not find a staff person to take a complaint and follow through with. neighbors were noise and staff would not take care of it. kept us up to 12:30 at night. beds sank towards the middle of bed. probably will never stay there again. like it needs a make over.」

「A much nicer place than the one up the road. We liked the sink outside of the bath/commode. The hair dryer didn't work. Beds are okay but a bit high for this old lady to get into. The free breakfast was okay. Cold butter sucks. Finally, the front desk staff were super nice but need to slow down so they can be understand. We will stay here again when visiting family in DeWitt.」

「Without a doubt I will never stay again at the comfort inn in Lansing Michigan. I arrived there Friday, July 17 from that time until I checked out on Sunday, July 20 my room was never cleaned, bed not made, no clean towels brought in. I went to the registration desk on Saturday to let them know that the quilt between the sheets on the bed was literally damp as was the floor. The woman at the registration desk said she would have someone take a look at it....it never happened! Can't believe that...
