「Pleasantly surprised. Very clean, comfortable room」

「1st room i was given was not ready beds were not made and a tray of spoiled food was in the foom making it smell awful. The second room i was give the fridge was defrosted and filled with water shower curtain was dirty the whole bathroom Was pretty bad. The pool was empty and unusable also all in all not a great place i would would say spend the extra 100 or so and just stay in the Temecula murrieta area.」

It was like a a Tuscan get away the grounds so beautiful from the vineyard to the private patios to the immaculate rooms to the morning breakfast delivered to your room at your time request. 「The on-line photos don’t do it justice. It was just stunning, comfortable and we really enjoyed the private garden patio. We liked this best as we can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility of our surroundings. The breakfast was made to order for dietary restrictions. Great location to winery’s and to Temecula for dinner and shopping. Will plan on coming back.」

「The hotel is disgusting: Dirty walls, dirty bed, remote control was missing the cover. Bullet proof glass at the front desk and you had to be let into the lobby.」

「I usually book here when I plan to go to Saboba Casino. I’ve been staying here for a long time. Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them.」

「I loved everything about our stay there. They were very attentive to my needs and requests. When the in room coffee pot didn’t work they brought us a different one in 10 minutes! Breakfast was great! Rooms clean! Loved it! We will be back next year also!! Way to go to all the staff」
