「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Faculties were very nice like the Adult Relaxation Area with the Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, and Pool. One nice perk was the Steam Shower in the room. Location of the Property was great right in the center of canyons village. Great access to hiking trials in and around park city. Many Activities to do like mountains biking, scenic lift/gondola rides, swimming in nearby deer creek state park, kayaking, and park city mountain with the alpine coaster and slide....

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」
