「A nice stay!」

「The Chateaux was a great experience! From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful, friendly, and so accommodating. We really appreciated Jono taking our car, our bags and helping us to our room and giving us a rundown of the hotel. The courtyard was fantastic and we loved the hot tubs! Such a great property and atmosphere. We highly recommend the Chateaux! The smores kits provided were pretty stale and ultra processed. Would have loved fresher, higher quality marshmallows, but you can’t...

「We were there for a quick one night stop on a road trip. Everything was very nice except that we were booked into an ADA compliant room which meant a big foldout bench in the stall shower which made us non- disabled patrons very crowded in said shower, And, the mattress was pretty well used and therefore had uncomfortable dips and could use replacing.」

「Nice but very expensive. It is a good drive to the downtown area. If I were to go again I would stay closer to downtown.」

「Condos are actually part of the Sheraton hotel buildings but managed by White Pines so checking in was confusing and there was a lack of communication between hotel and condo company. Whole compound was kind of hard to navigate at first and the condo area is old and dated. The self park was dark and dirty and not well kept. Our condo was older and smelled a little odd. But it was otherwise very clean and a nice space overall. All the employees were amazingly helpful. Good stay for the money...

「带妈妈美西自由行，酒店有明显的歧视中国人，办理入住，询问WiFi密码，服务员很不耐烦，房价过高，房间里面设施也很一般。很糟糕的一次入住经历。就是酒店位置还可以。」

「The bathroom door was warped. We could hear noise from the pool & hot tub. The room was 78 degrees when we arrived. It took forever for it to cool down!」

「The staff, breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.」
