The rooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures, like 10' x 12' . The bathroom is tiny with like a 8" x 5" sink and small corner shower. You need to think before you move too quickly in the shower. Other than that, the property was clean and the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good. It is above an Indian restaurant, so you better like the smell of curry.

"This is a gorgeous hotel with plenty of character and a decent location in the North of Oxford, near shops and eateries. As it is a quirky old building, you do hear the footsteps shuffling of your upstairs neighbours, but I would return if ever in town again."
