"Room clean, beds good, breakfast options ok"

"The room seemed clean, but the stairs going to the second floor were quite dirty. We didn't care for the breakfast at all---the coffee was good. In the room above us, there were kids or somebody jumping onto the floor or stomping across the room which we could clearly hear. The suite was roomy and we really liked the two separate bedrooms. The coffee pot in the kitchen area did not work."

"Older worn down hotel. Needs to have a deeper cleaning. Elevator and trim in rooms is filthy."

"This hotel is a classic!! This was a busy weekend night, so the bar, restaurant, and hotel were busy. The front desk lady, Cynthia, was so kind, helpful and polite. I felt very welcomed! It’s a historic building, so the elevator isn’t th fastest. The rooftop bar and restaurant are super fun too. Valet was busy and there seemed to be some people that were canvassing with red hats on at the valet stand. That was frustrating to get through, but it was a busy weekend. The room was comfortable with nice linens and a spacious bathroom. Be sure to check out all the historic details around the lobby! "

"First room had the window wide open, smelled like pure perfume and was 55F. We requested a different room since I struggle with strong scents. Staff was very friendly, apologetic, and accommodating and switched us to a different room. Second room was great. Clean, comfortable beds and bedding. Went down to use the hot tub, and there was questionable “debris” floating in there. So the pool time was very short lived. Breakfast was delicious, well stocked, clean, with a very friendly staff member overseeing things. "

"Clean room, quiet, easy to access. My only complaint is I like a soft bed and these definitely were not soft other than that a really nice property."
