「we booked two rooms, the room in the first floor is worse, the room in the second floor is better.」

「The room and dining were very good. Unfortunately a 20 to 30 people showed up at the pool with a boom box and coolers and were celebrating Fathers Day by eating cake and food in the pool along with the 5 or 6 unsupervised children jumping in and out of the pool. I know never to stay at this resort on a Sunday as the rest of the time we stayed was very good.」

「It was little things that were a little disappointing. The shampoo and things were bolted to the shower wall, which means you had to get out of the tub, walk over to the shower and get some shampoo, and walk back to the tub. Also, the pools are great if you wanna swim meet, but not so much for a resort. You had to climb down ladders to get into the pool, not take steps. In some of the housekeeping staff are kind of rude.」

「Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. We loved the pool as the beach had sargassum and was unusable. We booked this hotel bc of the proximity to the beach. We were still happy that we booked it as it is very nice. Free shuttle service to and from downtown area. Had an issue with the AC on the last night but the hotel took care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing week!」
