"Room clean hallways and stairs weren’t vacuumed Saturday morning breakfast was amazing then next 2 went downhill. No napkins to wipe hands at breakfast Sunday and Monday mornings. Staff was super nice. Parking was good and safe. Bed needs a better frame that’s not so noisy. All and Al very happy with overall experience. Just hope our suggestions about napkins and bed frame are taken into consideration. "

"rooms werent clean, seen body fluids in several areas of the room. sheets looked un changed shower and tub had stuff in it and hair around the tub dirty towls under sink changed room more than once just a bad property. Staff was nice "

"Clean room, nice glass elevator, and open lobby. We had to stop from our TX-MA trip and we’d been getting snowed on half the trip. We got a great snooze, excellent breakfast, and we were greeted quickly when walking inside around 10:30PM. There were multiple young adult sport teams staying but we had no problem parking. We had no problems sleeping. There was plenty of food for breakfast"

"Staff was really helpful and efficient! Lobby and elevators were welcoming and appeared clean. Two-star review is for condition of the room. Although the bedsheets were clean, it smelled like stale cigarettes — kept waking up throughout the night because the smell was so nauseating. It felt like that smell was ingrained over years and it was IN everything — the carpet, the upholstery, the curtains — no amount of daily room service would have been able to rid the smell. The room itself was tidy but shabby — ripped carpet, leaking shower faucet, rusted tub, stained bathroom tiles, watermarked furniture. The rooms on the property need a major facelift, repainting, and the deep clean that comes with renovation and HVAC updates to make guests feel more comfortable. It doesn’t matter if the renovation is “dated”, so cheaper new materials with non-trending colors could be used to keep the room cost comparable to current prices—but the cigarette smell in a smoke free facility shouldn’t exist. It was, unfortunately, the only thing I could concentrate during my entire stay."

"You can tell someone had just stayed in that room or it was never clean from the last time someone was in there. The comforter on the bed was dirty. There was hair all over inside the shower. The TV did not work. And when I called front desk to ask how to get it to work she said it was new and didn't know how to fix it. And that was that. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible. And the music that was playing outside was so loud it was right next to my window. Probably will not stay there again. "
