「Easy check in and clean!」

「我们两人是出差住的此酒店，位置就在当地一所大学的校区旁边。出行交通比较便利，酒店房间也还算干净和宽敞明亮，也有免费的早餐和无线网络，这点比较满意。反正性价比算高。」

「There was no breakfast included in my stay and the breakfast was $10 which really wasn’t that great there was no fruit on the buffet or just not a breakfast place Staff extremely nice everyone very helpful. The TV works really well in the Internet however, the rooms were OK but I wouldn’t give the cleanliness five stars. 「Friendly and professional staff, hotel cleanliness was an A+ and check-in/checkout process was as easy as possible. Also, I truly appreciated the Sunday morning brunch.」

「I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room, but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」
