「My family and I felt very comfortable and at home staying in your facilities. Star made it even more welcoming by recognizing my face and remembering my name from my last visit almost two months ago. She even provided a wheelchair to get my impaired aunt up to her room. If we are ever in the area again and we will definitely be back.」

I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!」

「Property undergoing construction. Pictures from expedia did not look like this facility, No breakfast as the dining area was part under construction. Room seemed clean but had an odor. Bath was small, used bar of soap on shower shelf. Towels were well worn and rough. Elevator worn and filthy. First time ever I was billed a damage deposit. Was advised they would credit my card in 7-10 days if no damage to room. Not happy with Expedia or Wyndham over this stay.」

「We were told that the property was being renovated and the renovation is almost complete. It would have been nice to have a "renovated" room. The room we got definitely needed renovated (burn mark on tub, wallpaper pealing, stains on carpet, cracks in kitchen tiles, vents were very dirty/dusty). We had a 2 night stay and they didn't clean our room at all. When we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, we were given clean towels right away, but they didn't even apologize or...
