Hotel was in fair condition. Staff of friendly and helpful. Rooms was decent but the bathroom in my room was less than great tub was still dirty and had some kind of stuck on grime in on tub drain. The room itself was in good condition.

The staff was very helpful. My room was clean and well kept. I was in a smoking room because that's all that was available. The room smelled okay, but the hallway smelled like a dirty ashtray, as did the elevator. Smoke eaters in those areas would do wonders. Also, everybody smoked in front of the main entrance, so walking in, you had to navigate your way through a cloud of smoke to just get inside. Aside from that, the hotel was well located, maintain well, and the staff was fantastic

Room was trifling! Look like they didn’t clean anything, trash behind the tv stand. It literally look like they changed a trash bag and that’s it! We didn’t even have a full roll of tissue! I wouldn’t definitely NEVER recommend!

First off, the room smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in. We could feel the springs in the bed. The room was gloomy (Too dark). The tub, which was suppose to be white, was brown. The toilet was not level. The carpet was disgusting. The tile in the bathroom was slippery. Not a very good selection for breakfast. ( We ended up going to McDonalds). Coffee machine in the lobby was out of order.

The property is just very worn, but I will say it seems like they are trying. There are some materials in the lobby which look like they may be getting ready to replace some flooring. The hallways smell clean, but there were smears of paint up and down them showing attempt to cover years of rough treatment. The staff was nice. We were warned our door may not lock/unlock correctly. Upon opening the guest room we were greeted with a strong urine smell. The toilet was loose. The sink was stained with rust. The AC worked and the bed was comfortable. It was a cheap stay.

The staff member Virginia was was really really rude and unprofessional and she always has a bad attitude she should not be working there 😠 she has been very difficult and disrespectful as far as the other staff members which is Ashley and the cleaning lady they are very sweet very nice the property is very awesome the gym definitely needs to be worked on they need to fix the treadmill because it's not powering on the laundry is awesome the rooms are the best

The room was not very clean the carpet was disgusting needed cleaned the furniture was broken down and needed cleaned the wifi was in and out the staff was friendly and helpful the deposit took forever to get back breakfast was waffle ir cereal the juice was warm not cold overall it was ok i wouldnt recommend it, i probably wouldnt go back sorry

Really good!

I have stayed all over the world in some many really amazing places on someone else's dime. On my own dime I look for inexpensive places that might be good. This is one of the best ones I've ever been to for the price. Good sized rooms and very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in a minute.

We had an unexpected power outage at our home during a recent storm and needed a place to stay last minute. Thankfully, we found the Holiday Inn Express—and even more thankfully, we were helped by Dawn at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during a stressful situation. Dawn made sure we were taken care of and found us a comfortable room quickly. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Thank you, Dawn, and thank you to the Holiday Inn Express team for your hospitality during a tough time!
