"Overall hygiene inside the property is okay except for the toilet. The toilet bowl has stains which look disgusting. Ventilation inside the toilet room is bad. Even though we switch on the ventilation fan for some time before/after each usage, the toilet is still very smelly."

"No lift but we stayed on 4th floor.
One night it ran out of hot water in a sudden, and nothing they could do about it, just told us to wait till the next day.
Other then the issues above, other things are ok. The room is not big but it's reasonable for 2 people. Not recommend for families, but ok for single traveler or couple. "
