「The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid.」

「I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center. I love getting little chocolate treat...

「There is a pickup-delivery service to main train stations. Which is very convenient. Good location, all the staffs were so friendly and helpful , very clean and tidy, up to date rooms with views, well designed, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, at an affordable price. Wellness' facilities are top level, with a great pool and spa. Very highly recommended!! 」
