"Nice place"

"The hotel design was beautiful and overall was clean. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient, they have a 5 star service. However, when I turned on the shower, 3 insects dropped from the shower head and completely shocked me. It was disgusting as they were dead. I wondered if the hotel staff forgot to close the balcony door and let in the insects. It gave me a good scare when they dropped. I wish the hotel could do a better job next time given that every other detail of this hotel was perfect. Also, one moth flew into my room during night and it disturbed my sleep. Given that there were no air conditioning, we had to open the balcony door for air, I wish the hotel could install window screening to prevent insects flying inside the room. "

"The hotel was great for its value. The room was very cozy and functional although being small. It was super clean as well and the bathroom was very nice and modern. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff. No AC but it wasn’t a problem at all, I asked for a fan when I checked in in the afternoon, but in general it’s ok with the window open. Happy that there’s an elevator too."

"位置優越，由車站步行到酒店只需要5分鐘，行出大路已經有超市，很多餐廳，去山上的車站亦只需要步行5－10分鐘便可以到達。早餐很豐富，用餐地方環境大，酒店很大間但亦不會覺得擠擁，隔音設備亦算不錯。唯一是露台環境比較簡單，如果有桌子會較好。"

"此飯店check in和入住的地方不同，到時稍為小找了一下。 房間兩面對外窗，而且有小陽台，坐在屋內就可看到雪景，讓心情很愉悅，另外，熱水很感謝櫃台人員提供，讓我們可以吃泡麵。 缺點就是隔音不太好，可聽到隔壁講話的聲音，另外，上廁所的地方只有半透明的窗廉，沒有遮光布，上廁所讓人很不安心，很怕被看光。 因為地點離車站不遠，又在熱鬧的小鎮上，整體還是非常滿意的。 "
