"The breakfast was nice and organized with many options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very centrally located to main areas of Naples and the beach within a 6-8 minute drive. The property is dated, and the rooms with double bed option, are full size mattresses not queens. They are tiny if you share with another person. The air conditioner in our room was soooo loud we could barely sleep. Overall, it was fine and very basic if you’re not looking for fancy! "

"Lovely location in Naples. Clean and good breakfast. Would have liked a safe in room that other holiday inn express hotels seem to have. Noisy ac. Thought it would keep me awake but didn’t. Friendly staff."

"Rooms small, bathroom old and not clean , stuff confused and not experienced , was never told I will be charged for parking until check out , complementary drinks voucher couldn’t be used even for a virgin drink .Never again ."

"Great breakfast included. Very nice pool area with bar and restaurant. Can park on the same floor as your room which was very convenient. Close to 5th and 3rd. Waterway ferry stops here. 2 man boat tours launch here too. Business trip for us so didn’t go to the beach. "

"The onsite amenities are great, lovely, and kept up, unfortunately we hd more than one room and what I had in my room in the kitchen was non-existent, in comparison to what was offered in the room my other familiy members had. Staff was super nice, and the first floor rooms that look over the pool are super lovely to just jump out to the pool, but they do need a slight remodel in the bath/shower hardware; it was hard to get hot water."

"I was quite disappointed by the staff, a smile would have been appreciated. Besides that, the room was nice, the view is pretty cool. It was fine for a one-night stop, but I'm not sure I'll go back to that hotel."
