"Walking in the, lobby is beautiful. And conveniently in the hotel is a Starbucks. During my stay one of the elevators were out of commission. And the elevators are confusing and not clearly labeled. The ones closest to the lobby are for the rooms and the ones furthest are for the parking garage. Not only were the elevators unclear, but the buttons to press for the elevator were unclear as well. Then walking into our room, I’d say that the rooms are outdated. But the beds/pillows were comfortable. And the view I had was stunning. The staff there was super friendly and helpful. I would return to this property."

"Overzealous Security was the only negative. As I sat in my car they walked up behind me, looked in my windows as if it or I were doing something wrong. Then discussed it with other staff(I could them pointing at me) but wouldn't acknowledge me or answer my questions when I got out and instead they dispersed without any acknowledgement. What a cowardly staff if there WAS an issue, how should I have confidence they would address it if they wouldn't even answer me when I tried to engage them."

"Hotel was very clean. Booked there to be downtown within walking distance to restaurants and have a shuttle to the airport. However, the shuttle only runs 7a-11p and we had to leave at 5am. Secondly, in the evening upon dropping off a car at the airport it was difficult to reach the staff for a shuttle pickup within the hours the shuttle was operating. However, the staff were very nice and courteous."
