Leider passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Die Übernachtungspreise stehen nicht mehr im Verhältnis zu dem gebotenen Standard. Die Zimmer sind sauber und angenehm gestaltet, aber rechtfertigen nicht den Preis. Das Personal war wie immer überaus freundlich und das Essen sehr gut.

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich schön und die Anlage sauber, allerdings waren mehrere Möbelstücke deutlich abgenutzt und damit nicht mehr wirklich einladend. Zwar war der Service aufmerksam und das Essen gut, doch insgesamt wurde der Aufenthalt stark durch gesperrte Wanderwege wegen Holzfällarbeiten sowie den nicht nutzbaren Teich aufgrund von Bauarbeiten beeinträchtigt. Der damit verbundene Baulärm hat die Erholung zusätzlich gestört.

Widersprüche des Hauses sind offenkundig. Schön, dass in einen Außenpool investiert wird. Doch wenn Matratzen durchgelegen sind, die Zimmer weder über Insektenschutz an den Fenstern noch über Klimaanlagen verfügen, die Speiseräume schwül überhitzt sind und das Abendessen unterirdisch, lohnt sich der Aufenthalt nicht. Der Küchenchef soll wohl gehen. Es ist zu bezweifeln, dass das was hilft.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Hotel nicht überlaufen und es gab stets genug kostenlose Parkplätze. Weiterhin war das Buffet zum Frühstück lecker, abwechslungsreich und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer und der Spa Bereich waren stets sauber. Der Sauna Bereich war nicht allzu groß, jedoch für eine kurze Erholung ebenfalls vollkommen ausreichend. Der Service zum Abendessen war leider nicht so wie man es aus anderen Hotels gewöhnt war. Auch gab es leider Abends kein Buffet, sodass unser Geschmack nicht voll getroffen wurde. Sehr negativ war, dass trotz Halbpension nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser gereicht wurde. Stattdessen musste man das hauseigene Wasser mit 7,50€ pro Flasche bezahlen. Bei Getränken wie Wein, etc. verstehe ich das voll und ganz, jedoch für selbst abgefülltes Wasser fand ich das wirklich unverschämt. Wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt man hauseigenen Honig, etc. Dies wurde bei uns leider vergessen.
