"Leider stimmte unser Zimmer 202 mit der Darstellung auf unserer Buchungsbestätigung überein. Es war klein und sehr verwinkelt durch die Badabtrennung anderer Zimmer. Das Fenster klemmte und ließ sich nur schwer öffnen. Es fehlte eine Beleuchtung über der Sitzecke sowie ungenügende Ablagen für Kosmetikartikel im Bad, Positiv: freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit im Zimmer und das reichhaltige Frühstück."

"Room was very organized and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Was elated to see that it came with a free mini bar and the other services outside of the room like the fitness room was great. Sound isolation needs work between rooms. Room service didn't provide new towels. Bathroom amenities might need some work in the soap variety department. "

"Die Zimmer sind super schön! Tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber!! Der Service beim Essen ist verbesserungsfähig. Es kommt aber auf den einzelnen Mitarbeiter an. In manchen Bereichen wurde nicht wirklich das Geschirr abgeräumt. Kein Fisch zum Frühstück. Sonst aber gut. Abendessen wird ständig aufgefüllt und lecker!"

"We had a wonderful stay – thanks to the lovely and caring staff and the charm of the hotel itself. It looked absolutely beautiful, both in the evening and in the morning. It's a shame we only stayed for one night! The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is truly unique – peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. Thank you very much!"

"This hotel is huge but welcoming. The room was a decent amount of space with a comfortable bed. I love that you can do your laundry here. This is a plus for a hotel. I would recommend this hotel for travelling families because of this feature. There is only one washing machine and one dryer but the facilitate free. "

"Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option! "
