Das Hotel wirkte in die Jahre gekommen. Aus dem Ventilator im Bad kamen Staubflusen. Die Nachttischlampe hatte ein lautes Pfeifgeräusch. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig mitten in einer grünen Parklandschaft. Da sich die Straßenbahnendhaltestelle aber fast vor der Haustür befindet, ist man in weniger als 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Haus wirkt edel, unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Frühstücksbuffet ist außergewöhnlich vielseitig. Im Badezimmer und auch im Schwimmbad und der Sauna gibt es schon einige Alterserscheinungen an der Einrichtung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder hierher.

Die Zimmer sind etwas veraltet. Der Wellnessbereich lädt nicht wirklich zum verbleiben und entspannen ein. Im Saunabereich waren zwei Liegen und im Poolbereich sieben Liegen für das ganze Hotel, das war eindeutig zu wenig. Beim Frühstück lässt der Service leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Erst nach Nachfrage wurde das Buffet aufgefüllt. Des Weiteren würden wir einen zweiten Kaffeeautomaten empfehlen um lange Schlangen zu vermeiden. Unser Fazit: Hotel mit viel Luft nach oben.

Der Gesamteindruck & Service ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Allerding hatte ich diese Mal ein Zimmer erwischt bei dem es einige kleine Schäden gab, die mal repariert werden müssten. Der Handtuchhalter im Bad wurde nur noch vom guten Willen der Schrauben gehalten & hing halb auf Absturz, die Fassung einer Leselampe am Bett baumelte am Kabel aus der Lampe & die Gardinen hingen aus der Schiene. Alles Dinge die der Zimmerservice bei der Reinigung sofort sehen müsste.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit indoor Pool. Gehobener und schicker Eingangsbereich. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Park. Unser Zimmer war recht groß mit einem separaten Sitzbereich. Die Einrichtung war zwar etwas älter jedoch hochwertig und funktional. Zwei Mankos: 1. Am TV sind die HDMI Eingänge gesperrt, sodass man kein TV Stick verwenden kann. 2. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht ausschalten Ansonsten hatten wir aber ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten mit vielen Kleiderbügel und ein bequemes Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig mit einer Vielzahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Ob Rührei mit Bacon, Pancake, versch. Brötchensorten, 4 Sorten Honig oder einen frei zugänglichen Kaffvollautomat, ist alles dabei. Mein Favorit waren hier die Waffeln… hmm. einfach lecker Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalte sehr schön und würden dieses Hotel in jedem Fall wieder wählen.

Es stimmte einfach alles. Durchgehend freundliches Personal - man fühlte sich willkommen. Die Anlage ist interessant und abwechslungsreich - d. h. die Wege sind nicht "Empfang- Fahrstuhl-Zimmer, denn es gibt immer was zu entdecken. Auch das Restaurant bietet unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten des Aufenthalts, dazu eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Park. Und der Park des Ortsteils Herrenkrug ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Erst mal meiden!

Leider fühlt man sich als Gast NICHT MEHR WIRKLICH WOHL. Schwimmbad und Sauna gegen 5€ Aufpreis, dies wäre ok, wenn das Wasser in dem Wirlpool warm, das Licht in der Sauna, der Eisspender funktionieren und das Holz sauber wäre. Dazu bekommt man dann tatsächlich zwei Handtücher (keine Saunatücher, wurden wohl abgeschaft) für Saunagng Duschen und Schwimmbadbesuch. Im Zimmer geht es dann weiter, Haare und Flussen im Bad. Sogar bei der Anreise bei den vier Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel (zum aus- und einladen) früher, muss man auch Parkgebühr zahlen. Die Zimmer werden nur noch auf Nachfrage gereinigt was natürlich auch für Handtücher gilt. Tücher im Bad wurden selbstverständlich auch abgeschafft. Das freundliche Personal kann das alles nicht wett machen, zu diesem Preis gibt es in Magdeburg viel bessere Hotels!
