「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Excellent and helpful staff
"We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car but the hotel do not have charging facility. We tried to use public charging on the street but was in vain as we did not have payment account. Jonas found and allow us to use a plug in the workshop so that we could charge our car with a converter provided by the rental company. Without Jonas's assistance, we could continue our journey. In all, it was a value for money and enjoyable stay."
