Great hotel atmosphere.

Hotel is conveniently located near train station and near centre. It has a very nice deck which overlooks centre of the city. The Hotel Hostess is very helpful and kind. It is a very homelike atmosphere.

This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people.

Staff was so accommodating and friendly! Don't miss this hidden gem. This is a small hotel with just a few rooms and a rooftop terrace with a view. If you are taking the train, it is across the street for easy access. It is next door to a grocery store. Highly recommend.

A really nice and convenient place to stay. Don’t worry about the street and the position near the train station, once yoûre in this B and B it’s a little gem with a magnificent terrasse and a nice vue on the city. Besides the staff is very friendly and it’s spotless!

This reminded us of a hostel. The room was very plain and old. Too much money for what it was. The reception closed at 7pm, which the website did not say. The hotel smelled terrible. Would never stay again.

Worked for our purposes: covenient to the train station for our less-than-24-hour transition to a group cycling trip. It was tricky to find reception from the street. Better instructions prior to check-in would be great! We felt like we were experiencing an escape room and eventually won. Luckily it was daylight!

Loved this place. Very clean and quiet. Close to the train station so it was so very convenient. The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us find transportation to La Verna which is not an easy task especially during the summer months. Planning to visit Arezzo again soon and will most definitely stay here again
