"I like you veything . I have lots of difficultés in comuniation and I arrive to the wrong place and no way to get I. Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. "Nice quiet place, traditional Japanese room in which you pull out the futon and blankets out for each person to sleep on the floor. They provided bathrobes, slippers and all the usual amenities. It was fun for the family to experience a traditional Japanese hotel room. They got a kick out of moving the furniture around and throwing down the futons. Good location as it's right across from the lake with a 7-11 store within a few mins walk. I recommend this place for families."

Owners went above and beyond at every opportunity, including dropping 7 of us with luggage at nearby bus stop. Breakfast was yummy and thank you for accommodating our vegetarian request!! Enjoyed Ryokan with traditional night wear too ! We would highly recommend this wonderful place at foothills in Mt. Fuji with Lake Yamanakako lake in walkable distance."
