New hotel, fast lifts, fair local style breakfast with super fast check-in & check out. Efficient and close (undercover walkway) to Gotemba station with one of the 4 sides facing Mount Fuji, the other 2 sides facing the valley or the hills behind us. I would recommend this as a pre-or Post Fuji climb stay if you want something simple and basic, a small room to lie down, and just rest with food, etc. nearby.

The hotel and staff are lovely, and it is conveniently located right next to Gotemba Station. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying there every time you plan to travel to that region.

This hotel is extremely convenient if your base is Gotemba Station. This hotel is on the back side of the JR Gotemba Station where the buses load. This is convenient if you are considering taking a bus to the Gotemba Premium Outlets as the bus pickup is 50 yards from the hotel front entrance. The hotel itself is very clean, space efficient, has all the required amenities and serves a full Japanese breakfast each morning. We actually had a room that was right behind the elevators and we never heard a thing the entire time we were there. The one thing we found out was that there is a remote control for the overhead light in the room. There is no master switch. Check in and check out is extremely easy. And the lobby is bright with large windows and offers the ability to wait indoors if you have time between a shuttle or bus pickup and your check out time

Will not let you check in early, despite rooms being ready. This was very disappointing as we had just climbed down from a two day hike of Mt Fuji and had to wait in their uncomfortable lobby for over 2 hours for pretty much no reason. Cold breakfast, tiny rooms & bathrooms, hard bed, worst pillows i’ve ever seen. Staff was very kind. Property is just not good. Location is nice & walking distance to many places. I’ve stayed in much more comfortable & accommodating hotels in Japan.
