"I really loved the indoor heated pool! The maintenance man, Ryan, was very helpful & nice. The shrimp & grits with sausage in the restaurant for dinner was delicious & huge portions & the entire breakfast bar was delicious. The entire hotel is clean & I loved my room."

"oUR ROOM DID NOT HAVE ANY HEAT ON A VERY COLD DAY IN cHARLOTTE - SOMEONE CAME TO FIX IT BUT NEVVER CAME BACK - BY TIME i CALLED THEY SAID IT COULD NOT BE FIXED - WAOULD TRY TO MOVE US BUT IT WAS ALREADY 10 PM AND WE WERE UP SINCE 5:30 AM "

"Property was clean, bed was comfy. Felt great to get in the hot tub after a long drive. The breakfast and dinner was definitely a great plus. Will definitely use an Drury in Charlotte again."

"We checked in at 11:10 and by the third trip down to the front desk got our key to open our door around 11:45. The key coder wasn’t working. The kid at the front desk did his best and as late as it was he was dealing with 10 or more guests checking in and having the same problems. We were flying out early so being delayed entry to our room wasted time. Do your job Hilton. Thanks "

"We have two minor complaints and that’s it ! Hotel is absolutely beautiful. It was under renovation when we came so the room was a little warm. Simple. No biggie at all. We cracked the window. However the two lady’s that work 7-3 could use some etiquette training. Mannerism was off BUT the freaking awesome lady who was training the young boy during the 3-11 shift is absolutely superb. We will definitely be looking for that duo when we return ! Hopefully we can experience them again. They were so amazing we give the stay a 5! "
