「Very good 」

「OK」

「I was pleasantly surprised by this motel; the room was very clean, the bed linens were impeccably white and smelled perfectly fresh, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was wonderful, and everything was very well organized and clean. I will definitely stay here again.」

「Very helpful, friendly staff. Seemed a bit short of help, had to ask for breakfast to be made. Rooms OK, but, again a staff problem (short handed), and perhaps an expectation level needs to increase.」

「Nice, clean, pet friendly room. Off the main highway but close enough to everything. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when in the area.」

「The hotel is quite large There are entertainment areas that are closed No breakfast services available It appears that in previous years it was a wonderful place The rooms are large but the carpet and paint are in need of improvement It is just across the Sturbridge village」

「The wifi isn't that good on the second floor of the building. Phone and internet service is already poor in the area. The place could do with a good redesign and better heating. It wasn't cold during the day but it was cold at night but the heat wasn't on and I couldn't turn it on. The owner is the only staff member and she's there for a limited time so if you have any issues that you need addressed, then it's best to approach her when she's there. It wasn't a bad stay but the TVs only worked if...

「Good.」

「Upon arrival the front desk lady was on a personal call and had me waiting before even acknowledging me. Entering the room stained blankets and towels then I say a big insect/Bug before just taking off $150 donated smh」
