「1. Room 103, had nor room darkening shades. Did not discover this until going to bed which was late. Reported to staff in morning. 2. East Parking lot security accessed side door would not close and therefore provided no protection for the guests and staff. Reported to front desk, they dais they were trying to get it repaired.」

「Checkin was a breeze! My room when I first entered had kind of a musty smell, but it dissipated quickly by turning on the fan. My TV was broken, but the manager was so sweet and she brought me a new one right away. Breakfast was what I expected and the omelet was really good. My only suggestion would be to get new mattresses, mine wasnt bad but it will need to be updated soon. All in all I could not have asked for a nicer experience. All of the staff were friendly and had a smile. 」
