「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」

「The hotel room is clean n tidy however a bit tired. I really enjoy the coffee machine inside the room. However, there is a construction site just cross the road which starts operating at 8am, that wakes us all up !」

「Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. 「接待員不太友善，木無表情，只有兩位侍應早餐處提供友善服務。 所謂河景房，只是房角一處看到。 房間有異味，要開窗及空調除味。 清潔工人求其清理房間，有－次沒有加添清潔液！ 唯一好處只是免費泊車。 城市税好似與 Hotels.com的廣告不相同。」
