「The bed was not soft. The pillows were too small. It was definitely not a five star hotel more like upgraded motels work. The air-conditioning did not work. The hot water shower knob did not work not functional. There was a stain on the room towels and the ceilings were leaking their stains all over them... the housekeeping decided to vacuum the hallway carpets at 8 o'clock in the morning. Might even be a little before that as well you could hear everything through the rooms, no privacy.」

「Everything was absolutely wonderful. It couldn’t have been any better, it far exceeded my expectations. Their breakfast that is included with fresh eggs and cinnamon rolls was fantastic but don’t forget about the snacks they have provided for you also. They came in handy with all of our hiking. I will definitely be staying with them again on my next stay.」
