Had everything we needed to pick up groceries at Walmart on our way in from Kolob canyon, had breakfast in room, packed sandwiches for lunch, in Zion, ate at Main Street cafe twice! Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Washed a load of clothes in about 30 minutes.

Worth the price and location. Clean and does the job. Bathroom and room were spacious - Great for families: has a microwave and bigger fridge as well. AC unit was nice and quiet so that was a plus.

Very rude staff when we checked in we told them.we would most likley be staying a 2nd week and asked if.that would be a problem. They agreed and then when the time came they were very rude about it and forced us to switch rooms to a very dirty and junkier room.

The hotel was clean enough, although the room heater/AC unit was held together w duct tape and the TV was not connected to any service (it turned on but none of the input settings got a channel). It was fine for two nights (we came for outdoor exploring) but would not come back.

The building is dilapidated. When I arrived I was told the parking lot was being refinished on the other side and I had to park on the opposite side of my room. The room smelled bad the walls were crumbling and they were absolutely no towels in the bathroom except for one floor mat. Which had something black stuck to it. I didn't notice I had no towels until the morning when it was time to take a shower but there is no front desk staff in the morning. Only a box to drop your key. It was $55 for this day and it really wasn't even worth $55

Seemed clean till I got in the tub. Mold. Not enough parking, as they were paving portions of the lot. The pool was a foot deep in gross green/brown water with a lovely flashing light from a horror movie. Couldn’t operate the tv, two remotes. Had to get the manager to set up the tv and instruct us on which remote worked for which function. The beds were almost as soft as wood planks, with multiple pillows that were much too puffy for any neck! The frog froze our stuff. I would not let a dog sleep on the carpet, it was falling apart. Water damage to walls throughout. The staff was polite. Will not be staying here again!
