"Room was not clean. It was not vacuumed. There was hair in the beds. Checked in very late I had already cleaned up the room to sanitize it. When I realize the beds were dirty, there was no one there to change the sheets so I had to get the sheets and change the beds to myself. Staff in the breakfast lounge was very nice and helpful other than that, the rest of the staff is just OK. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. Best thing about the hotel was their coffee."
