「Excellent room and service」

「Our room was incredible. It was the perfect size for 1-2 guests, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was so cute! We loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. There was a little area to get ready and the view from the room was lovely. Easy communication from the start. Would stay here again.」

「I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.」

「Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves.
