They had no knowledge of my booking through Expedia when I ran to check but then subsequently told me that the room was still available and they booked the room directly for me. I heard nothing from them prior to my arrival regarding key code entry to the property and to the room. "It was a complete mess, I was robbed and they gave access to two other people who weren't allowed in the room, and they didn't refund what I paid."

"Do not stay during the summer since the property as no A/C and gets extremely hot in the summer months. Also communication could be better , we had difficulty finding the location an getting in. The place is really centrally located and overall very nice, if you stay in cooler months"
