「This was our 6 or 7 time at The Reeds. We love Stone Harbor and The Reeds is the only place we would stay. The staff from check in to check out couldn’t be more helpful. We met the President and GM this trip. A special shoutout to Diane, concierge! She’s wonderful and has gone above and beyond each time we’ve been there」

「Wow we were very disappointed this time staying here. I believe we had the room furthest from the beach. And the worst thing is the air conditioner broke in our room. What they did was bring in a portable machine hook it up to the balcony slider door. Now this means we cannot use our balcony or lock this door and the noice from this machine was deafening. I believe I should be compensated one night. 😟」

「This isn’t a luxury motel, but it doesn’t try to be—and that’s perfectly okay. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay, this motel gets the job done. The room was clean, well-maintained, and everything worked as it should. The property is clearly cared for, and I didn’t have any issues during my stay. The price was very reasonable for what you get, making it a great value. If you want a simple, comfortable place to sleep without spending a fortune, I’d definitely recommend it.」

「Hotel common areas are nice and clean. Nothing like the pictures posted, but still adequate. Individual rooms are spacious and provide comfort away from home. The staff was helpful and did their best to accommodate our needs. My only complaints were (1) the parking, which was very tight given the amount of rooms/guests and (2) the pool is very tiny and fills up quickly, as it is shared with the neighboring hotel.」
