"so for the price of this hotel, it was fairly decent especially spending one night there for only $88 with my two kids. The place was very outdated, but was actually pretty clean. Cleaner then the Château nova. The ad that I looked at made me want to spend the night there but getting there it was very deceiving, so that was pretty disappointing. Other than that, it was quiet, it was decently cleaned, and it was cheap. And the complementary breakfast was also very cheap. Warm yogurt, cereal, toast, and terrible coffee. The only thing though they charge you a $200 deposit. We had to stay at two other hotels in Edmonton and they only charged 100 so I thought that was extremely weird. I’m still keeping an eye on my credit card to make sure that $200 goes back, which it hasn’t yet."

"The front staff, especially Sana, were so accommodating, from room changes, half an hour late check out, but all done with a smile on her face. Coast hotels should be proud of the customer service she provided. The restaurant staff, at Montana's were very good as well. I wish the hotel would close the pool at 9pm rather than 10pm. The noise level was way to high for sleeping, by the time the kids wind-down and stop running the hall ways after swimming it's getting really late. We as a group of 10, would definitely stay there again, although further away from the pool."

"The airport shuttle is easy to find. Call the hotel once you've collected your luggage and tell you where expect the shuttle."
