"Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great Midtown location with plenty of places to eat in the area and close to interstate. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning. We were told via text that it would be adjusted remotely. Asked again but did not get a message back until day of checkout First night we were ok because it was actually a cooler night. Nights 2 & 3 we opened the windows. "

"Cleanliness "

"Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both...

"People who said the area was dangerous must have been living behind a gated community their entire lives never leaving their rooms. If this is bad they should go head to San Francisco downtown. Nice area, nice place."

"My only complaints are that the bedroom TV never worked and no one showed up to fix it after a work order was put in. I also received my parking pass and key fob on the 2nd day of my stay which made getting in and out of the property difficult."

"The apartment was really nice and clean. Close to downtown and surrounding areas. The only issue I had was the heat was staying on and had to call couple times. But overall was nice."

"my only real dislikes were the noise level at night and the brightness coming through the curtains. Some of the furnishings need attention, (signs of wear) entire room could stand a facelift, also, be nice to have a robe furnished."
